Work Compatibility for Leo and Capricorn
Leo and Capricorn probably wouldn't choose to be friends outside the workplace and they're not great on the job, either.
Leo, as a warm and magnanimous Fire Sign, wants to find a large audience for its work, and spends a fair amount of time socializing to get that accomplished. Capricorn prefers to stick to the rules, play by the book, and focus on the end result, which is usually money. Together, they just don't gel. Leo can feel like they're being locked in, while Capricorn worries that Leo will get out of control. Compromise isn't likely here.
